Andy Psarianos, FE Burman
Andy Psarianos has spent the last 25 years in the graphic arts industry. He has worked within advertising, packaging, education and commercial print in locations including UK, Canada and Singapore. His continuing role as Technical Director at leading prepress and digital print company F E Burman, means Andy spends much of his time in the trenches dealing with a multitude of tasks ranging from calibrating printing presses to ISO standards information architecture and database design for complex websites. Andy works with several industry bodies including the Periodical Publishers Associations pass4press committee, he is on the executive committee of Ghent PDF Workgroup and chairs the process-control subcommittee, he is on the steering committee for the Digital Ad Lab, and gets involved in the the British Standards Institute and its work towards ISO standards. Andy is regularly seen speaking at international conferences about a variety of topics.
