STORY 1: R.O.I. create new production focused professional division

ROI, the leading provider of cross-media print production software announces the creation of ‘ThreeSixty’, a new production focused professional services division.

Over the last 18 months ROI has been busy recruiting, training and developing a new team of technical experts and design professionals who are able to assist print and marketing service providers maximise their investment in the innovative web-to-print, document composition and cross-media technology offered by ROI.

STORY 2: R.O.I. continues to expand as they move into new HQ.

R.O.I., the leading provider of cross-media print production software has announced that it has now completed its phase one move into new headquarters.

The Cambridgeshire based firm outgrew its original offices in the town of March, Cambridgeshire, and has now moved HQ operations, support, service and training to the new site also in March. ROI’s newest division, THREE:SIXTY, is due to move to the site later in the month.

The new offices, at Hereward Innovation Centre, also houses a XEROX demonstration suite, as well as a new training centre that can handle courses for the XRALLE Web-to-Print platform, Pageflex, Mindfire – Look-who’s-Clicking, MediaBank and digital-workflow for up to ten trainees.

John Murphy, Managing Director at R.O.I. commented “Our business has evolved significantly over the past two years and we simply ran out of space at our original offices”, says Murphy, “The move marks a new chapter for us and provides a much improved environment for staff and customers alike - I am really looking forward to welcoming our customers and partners to our new HQ.”

R.O.I.’s software development and technical services divisions will continue to be based from their offices in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

STORY 3: R.O.I. Partners with MindFire to Extend Cross-Media Offerings

R.O.I., the specialist provider of innovative cross-media print and marketing solutions have announced they are to distribute LookWho’sClicking from MindFireInc, the leader in linking the impact power of off-line marketing channels with the Internet

The MindFire solution enables users to create, distribute and track Personalised URL’s (PURL’s) with user specific content and questions. The system can automatically generate and send ‘follow-up’ emails to visitors with images and text relevant to visitor responses. Sales people can be notified instantly when a PURL is visited and a host of reporting features enable marketers to easily determine the effectiveness of campaigns.
